PWL Completes Accreditation

Updated November 2009 - PWL has recently completed its year 2 verification for the Security Industry Authority’s Approved Contractor Scheme as regards its mobile manned guarding division. This was conducted by Insight Certification Ltd. Our previous score was 54 but we are delighted to announce our current score is 87.

“On the SIA website at www.the-sia.org.uk/home/acs/performance/acs_benchmarking_2.htm you can see that, with a score of 71 and above, you are in the top 10% so, we guess that out of 650 Approved Contractors, we are in the top 5%.

“We are obviously accredited in lots of other areas and it is the intention of the Company to ensure, within the next twelve months, that all its activity, whether contained in a British Standard or an Industry Code of Practice, is accredited by the NSI and obtain their much vaunted Passport and product licence.
