PWL wins the ITT for Grapevine

“As most of you are aware, for the last few months we have been in demanding procurement negotiations with the Post Office. It firstly involved the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) and then a full ITT (Invitation to Tender) involving four other companies. The opposition was high-class but I am delighted to say that we have been chosen to go forward for the five-year contract for the provision of Grapevine services.

“The process was very tough but our constant striving to achieve quality standards, together with a great team spirit and collective expertise has paid off and we look forward to serving our colleagues in the Post Office for many years to come.

“We are, however, not complacent and we shall pursue excellence and try to provide the best possible service that we can, whilst at the same time respecting our clients and our staff.”
