Mayor Visits PWL Offices

It is three years virtually to the day that we took occupation of our new building and offices in Atherton.

A previous Mayor was part of that ceremony so it was nice to welcome the current Mayor of Wigan, Councillor Mark Aldred, whose ward the company is in.

His wife, Councillor Karen Aldred was unable to attend through a family sickness.
 

Trevor and Peter are seen giving the Mayor a cheque for his charity appeal which is to improve local services for Alzheimer and Meningitis sufferers.

The Mayor’s year is nearly over and after a short family holiday, he will be able to get back to work. The Mayor found his tour of the Company very interesting especially as his business as a locksmith is also in the security world.
